Current user profile option for user_id shortcode attributes

I keep thinking that there might be a use for specifying to display information for the user of the current member profile being displayed in the shortcodes. I'm not sure that there is anyway that shortcodes can be used on the member profiles by default in any way though, without installing a plugin or something. But it still might be a useful feature.

Yeah, I currently know of no way to use this, so it isn't a must in 1.0.
