What problem does this address?
The current AI settings page has a pretty large General Settings section at the top that primarily functions to enable/disable ALL AI functionality within the plugin. With this section being so large, it significantly pushes down the Features and Experiments sections:
What is your proposed solution?
Perhaps we move the enable/disable toggle to the plugin header and use an infotip component that displays the "Control whether AI is enabled for your site. When disabled, all features and experiments will be inactive regardless of their individual settings." text as that would allow us to more prominently display Features at the top of the settings page? I'm open to other options that help compress this content, the below mockup is merely an option I've come up with:
