I wanted to flag a documentation gap that cost me several hours of debugging.
Since version 2.10.0, the Create Block Theme menu entry no longer appears in the Appearance menu if DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT is set to true in wp-config.php. There is no visible error or warning — the menu item simply doesn’t show up.
It would be really helpful to mention this requirement somewhere in the plugin description, FAQ, or changelog, so other developers don’t run into the same issue.
