Date/time related components in DataForm controls don't render properly in Safari

Noted here and by @mcsf while reviewing a PR that in Safari the date/time related components in DataForm controls don't render properly.

Beyond the investigation of why this happens we should also audit rest of the controls.

Testing instructions

In both Chrome and Safari see the related components (date, datetime and time)

Tasks

• The native calendar opening on focus.

I've investigated the issue and audited other components. For details, please have a look at the PR - #81361.

Input is larger than it needs to be:

safari	chrome

When the input control has focus, it opens the in-browser calendar (but it shouldn't):

safari	chrome

More worryingly, time-based filtering doesn't work well:

FYI #81361 fixes the visual alignment issue in Safari, but it doesn't address the later reports about:

• The overall input height.
• The native calendar opening on focus.
• Broken time-based filtering.
• The wrong-day selection tracked separately in #81345.

Those bugs remain unaddressed at the moment.
