Web Worker Offloading - Support for Site Kit

Feature Description

As indicated by a user in the Site Kit plugin support forums, with Web Worker Offloading activated, the Google Analytics snippet (placed via Site Kit) isn't firing as expected. Maybe something changed recently given support for the standard GA snippet and Site Kit specifically is supported - see #1686.

Review how Google Analytics and the Google Tag snippets function when Web Worker Offloading is activated.

As you referenced, plugin is actually supposed to be supporting Site Kit: https://github.com/WordPress/performance/blob/trunk/plugins/web-worker-offloading/third-party/google-site-kit.php

I'm also actually considering to sunset the Web Worker Offloading plugin (#2284) because of compatibility problems like this, and the lack of any feedback on whether this improves INP.
