Description

Currently, if multiple tickets are purchased in one order, there is no option to initiate partial refund. All the tickets has to be cancelled. There should be option of partial refund. There could be 3 cases.

1. Let's say, 5 tickets are purchased in one order and 2/5 tickets needs to be cancelled. (Highly Recommended)
2. Deduction of Cancellation charges during refund (Advance refund option): Some gateways don't refund transaction fees. So, in some cases, cancellation charges can be deducted during cancellation.
3. Time based cancellation charges (Advance Refund option): Let's say provide full refund if cancelled at least 7 days before event and deduct 25% if cancelled within 7 days.
