Consider Shortening "{post-type} Handbook" from crumbs/titles

We currently spell out the {post type} Handbook in the breadcrumb. It makes it pretty long. We should consider dropping "Handbook" from the breadcrumb at least.

All the links to the handbooks do not include the title anyways.
