Use Query Filter component for Resource selector

Currently these use styled select tags, which behave a bit differently wrt width and placement of the chevron icon.

Using the Query Filter component would create more consistency, however it's unlikely the filter component can handle firing an arbitrary event (like redirection) as required by the resource selector.
