Links in "Get Involved" section and "More resources" section are duplicate

Should we replace one of the groups?
Any thoughts on what it should be replaced with?

I'm all for reducing duplication, so I think the question is perhaps worth directing to folks who've stronger opinions on what content should be on the landing page (CC: @bph perhaps?). The footer, after all, has the benefit of showing up on all pages.

That said, I think the help-text for "Learn WordPress" could be better. "Gain skills" sounds a bit too terse to me. Probably none of the links in the footer should have that help text at all, it doesn't really add value.
