Installation process in win10 for newbies

If reporting a bug:

1. Can you describe the problem and bug in more detail?
   installed git on windows
   copied mexex repo to my computer
   installed nvm on my computer (as windows equivalent of npm)
   got lost, yarn command doest work

2. How can we replicate the issue?
   pls create step by step guide for windows

3. Expected behavior (i.e. solution)
   I want to run

4. Error stack (from extension crash page)
   none

5. Other comments
