Save data if you change user

Daniela filled out the form, changed the user from the author to herself. Once she refreshed the page, the data was not saved.

The form saves the selected user only when a final submission is received. If a user refreshes the page after a submission has been submitted, the form shows the latest contributor. We would need a new afp table in case we wanted to store the user even for partial submissions.
