Restic backups are broken on wrong key

Something went wrong with daily backups and I had to remove all daily backup files (for dev) from s3 and initialize the backup repo again. Monthly backups were fine. I don't know if this happened after redeploying the docker container and it needs to be investigated.

Periodically checking this, I can't seem to reproduce the error. Everything looks good so far but I'll keep this ticket open
