Difficulties experienced when running wox on a headless Hyprland display. Without predefined rules to govern how Hyprland was to manage displaying Wox, Wox simply opened up in a maximized window without a means to reduce the size of the window. In Hyprland, this was acceptable, and almost expected behavior.
Once, rules were created informing Hyprland to open up Wox as a floating window, Wox opened up in a window larger than the monitor size, which caused the window to be clipped and greatly reduced usability. When dimensions were assigned to the floating window, measuring 70% of the horizontal display length and 60% of the vertical display length, Wox continued to open in a window larger than the monitor size, which once again meant the window was clipped and usability was reduced.
Unsure if Wayland is fully supported, since it is relatively new to the community, but if it is then this issue needs to be addressed.
