Add server pings to main menu

One feature that is essential with all multiplayer games that include a community server list is the automatic pinging of servers to retrieve information such as ping time, server icons and descriptions, player counts, etc. The main menu should include functionality for pinging servers on a time step automatically and pinging servers when a new server entry is added to the server list.
