So whilst trying to increase compatibility with my own mod Full Slabs to allow mixed glass slabs, I had a culling bug that actually applies to you as well. Basically, your Blocks.shouldRenderFace mixin gets bypassed when Sodium is installed, reproducing the culling bug it fixes. Haven't had the time to try and find a solution yet. skipRendering still gets called like normal.
