Also, I created a GitHub Actions workflow for the project.

@wekempf see any reason we can't merge this in? I don't know the first thing about PowerShell, but I'm happy to YOLO merge this for you if it looks good (or feel free to action the PR - just wasn't sure if you were still involved)?
