Export edit list and apply edit list to other video file

I currently do all of my recording and editing with screenflow.
One of the pain points is clipping out silence.
Enter auto-editor, a seemingly amazing savior for this mundane task.
Unfortunately, screenflow captures the screen and facetime camera as separate streams.

It would be amazing if Auto-editor could be used to process, for example, the Facetime camera output stream and strip out all silence, and then produce a Cut/Edit list that could be then applied to the Screen recording stream.
This would enable both streams to have identical cuts, even though only the Facetime feed has audio.

The work-around right now is to export each stream (screen recording and facetime recording) with the same audio clip so both clips have identical audio, then run BOTH clips through auto-editor, then import them BOTH back into Screenflow and MUTE one of the clips.
This process makes sure that both clips receive the same edits (which is the goal) but requires some manual intervention by me to accomplish.

If one could get auto-editor to export its list of cuts for a video into a text file, and then use that text file as the 'cut list' for another video, that would streamline this process and save some time.
