Third-party notices

This repository contains historical artifacts created with or derived from commercial and third-party engineering tools.

Tool-generated material

  • Freescale/NXP CodeWarrior and Processor Expert generated portions of the MCU projects.
  • Altium Designer created the PCB projects, compiled libraries, manufacturing outputs, and binary documents.
  • National Instruments LabVIEW created the .vi artifact.
  • MathWorks MATLAB/Simulink created the .slx artifact.

Use of those tools and their generated components may be governed by the corresponding vendor licenses.

Imported electronic libraries

Directories named Imported SparkFun-* contain historical component-library imports. SparkFun trademarks and upstream content remain the property of their respective owners. Directories named Imported User-Submitted may contain community-submitted component definitions with separate provenance.

The repository's MIT license applies only to material for which the repository authors hold the necessary rights. It does not replace vendor licenses, third-party notices, hardware certification requirements, or the copyright in the thesis document.
