Wallet is stored in the browser cache

Bug Description
When a user creates an L2 wallet in the Stakenet Web UI, it appears to store the wallet file in the browser cache. If the user clears their cache without backing up this file, they could lose the ability to access their wallet.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to "wallet" page
2. create new wallet
3. clear cache
4. wallet is cleared with cache

Expected Behavior
Wallet is stored in a more permanent directory
