Update R code?

Hi Jordan,

Thanks for this helpful software. We've tried to use v0.6.4 recently for coverage plots and found that we needed to update some of the R code to get this to work. For example, makeTxDbFromGFF is no longer in the GenomicFeatures package but is instead in the txdbmaker package.

Since we have updated the R code, which now works, and we were wondering if you'd like to update the release.
