iOS 17.5 closes websockets in xApps while sign request @ foreground

See title.

We should find a way for the WebView not to be hybernated/deconstructed/... while the sign request is @ the foreground.

This is actively causing trouble for users & xApp devs (who will build a workaround when needed).
