New behavior
Ensure that ConvInputGen and the following Pool Layer have the same parallelism when generating the code. If not, throw an error.
Motivation
When working with faulty folding configs (e.g. wrong layer naming), the parallelism constraints between ConvInputGen and the following Pool Layer could be violated.
