xilinx-bootbin-version: bump kria bootfw version

Bump kria k26 version to 1.07 based on 2026.1 release.
Update kria k24 version to 1.06 based on 2026.1 release.

Changelog k26:
     Update SDT artifacts to 2026.1 release.
     switched from 2025.2 to 2026.1 tools.
     Add DCache invalidation after CSU DMA transfer(FSBL).
     Add Spansion FL-L QSPI support for 24-bit boot(FSBL).
     Auto-activate master on first PM API call(PMU-FW).
     Fix premature IRQ_ACK causing continuous IPI errors(PMU-FW).
     Add CSU register access and high DDR memory range handling(PMU-FW).
     Update TF-A to xlnx_rebase_v2.14.
     Update U-Boot to xlnx_rebase_v2026.01.
     Update Kria device-tree source and K26 SDT artifacts.
