Someone should go through and make sure that all the information files (the non-.tex files) are updated with the current structure.
This would include any readme type files (other than the main README.md which gets its own subissue since it is super long comparatively).
The dtxFileContentInteractionList.txt is a reference to what elements are in each dtx file - this is also super long, but could probably be skipped for now unless someone else wants to go through and verify, but that is a real time sink and the contents don't reflect any structural changes, so that shouldn't be something that anyone needs to review for this.
