SIM800H Firmware update issue

I have SIM800H BLYNK v1.4 and I am not able to update the firmware. The flashing tool stays on 0% (Waiting) after pressing the Start Download button

Sorry, this cannot be solved. I can indeed update the firmware of SIM800 in the old system, but it does not work in the new system. There is currently no version
