T-CALL SIM800H (v1.4) dead ?

Hello,
I purchased a T-CALL V1.4 TTGO SIM800H module from PASSION-RADIO.FR (from FRANCE) in June 2025.
The module suddenly stopped working a week ago; the LEDs are off, and no serial port is visible when connected to a PC/Mac. I've tried a different power supply, with or without battery, and a different cable, but it still won't power on at all.
The board had been working perfectly since July and then suddenly stopped working.

Does the computer not have a port? If so, it's very likely damaged. Take a video and send it to customer service; they will help you with after-sales service.
