Hi All,
Powering my T-Call v1.3 20190610 via USB suffers from brownouts due to the spikes in power demand. I can power it via an external 5v supply but can I also connect it to my laptop via the USB connector to monitor the ESP32 for debugging purposes? I have done a fair bit of searching and it is unclear how to overcome the power demand issues whilst also monitoring without doing this although some sites say not to do this as the 5v supplies conflict.
I have some small batteries I could use but unfortunately the 2mm JST connectors I have don't fit the batter connector on the back so assume that is a circa 1mm/ 1.25mm JST connector instead?
I am thinking this is a common requirement so any help gratefully appreciated.
Many thanks
Lee.
