Support for Lilygo T-CAN

I'm missing the support for the Lilygo T-CAN RS485 board.

I tried to build a micropython.bin together with this twai project, but it always failed [https://github.com/straga/micropython-esp32-twai/tree/master](https://github.com/straga/micropython-esp32-twai/tree/master).
It would be great if you can support this soon.
