Create an issue templates and with the task of the question to users to get the necessary information about what they should answer or explain in detail before their ticket is accepted:

• What exactly is the bug they are experiencing, on what version of the game or engine, if possible - provide a video or files like a save with which you can reproduce this behavior consistent.
• A more detailed and meaningful template about adding new functionality.

Good idea but just don't make them extremely detailed. These kind of templates make people just give up instead of filing issues, and can be quite annoying. I suggest very basic info (like Windows version) and some basic troubleshooting steps for common issues (have you tried this), and maybe also a link to the SourceRuns Discord.
