[Suggestion] Wheel tweak send to hotbar

Is it possible to add a keymodifier (shift or ctrl) to make so that the Wheel Tweak send items to the hotbar directly instead of the inventory ?

Yes, but where you're able to choose, for the ones that would want item to go in their inventory and not clog up their hotbar adding a modifier key could be a better option
