docs: add overview dynamic zoom documentation

Document the new overview zoom controls:
- zoom-presets, min-zoom, max-zoom, zoom-step config options
- overview-zoom-cycle, overview-zoom-in, overview-zoom-out,
  overview-set-zoom actions
