Ask how to install it in win7?

I have managed to install this package in Mac and it works well, but I meet many issues when I install this package in windows and cannot figure it out. Could you illustrate how to avoid the problems of installation in win7, or release it to PyPI for people to get it, or build a wheel of it for windows to share. Thanks!
