Examples of behavior that contributes to a positive environment:
- Being respectful of differing opinions, viewpoints, and experiences.
- Giving and gracefully accepting constructive feedback.
- Focusing on what is best for the community and the project.
- Showing empathy toward other community members.
Examples of unacceptable behavior:
- Harassment, insults, or derogatory comments, and personal or political attacks.
- Publishing others' private information without explicit permission.
- Trolling or deliberately disruptive behavior.
- Other conduct that could reasonably be considered inappropriate in a professional setting.
Instances of abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior may be reported to the maintainers by opening a confidential report. On GitHub, use Security → Report a vulnerability on the repository, or contact a maintainer privately. All complaints will be reviewed and investigated promptly and fairly.
Maintainers are responsible for clarifying and enforcing standards and may take any action they deem appropriate, up to and including a temporary or permanent ban from the community.
