Ability to merge rule hits for same event

Primary use case is for csv-timeline. The same event can generate several rule hits especially with Powershell Script Blocks which clutters the timeline. It would be nice if there was an option to merge all of the rule hits for a specific event into one field that way the same event doesn't take up multiple lines in the timeline.
