one cool idea someone brang up in a thread on discord was the idea that if a world is featured its storage impact could be nothing.
that is to say if your world that is featured is 200 megabytes of assets, you essentially get 200 megabytes extra to your account. This incentivizes players to make more cool stuff and gives them a reward when they do a good job

This is something we considered at one point, but we're not going to do this like this, because there's both engineering and staff problems with this.

Giving incentive like this will require a lot more strict review process for featuring worlds and things, which requires more bandwidth on our end.

Doing it like this would also be open for potential abuse - e.g. what if the user sneaks in a bunch of assets to have for "free" that are not relevant to the world? What if they update it after? We'd need to audit the worlds and the assets before featuring, which adds a lot more complexity to the review process.

We'd more likely just do some kind of flat storage reward, regardless of the size of the world, but we'd have to figure out good incentives, rules and such. It would likely need more than just having the world featured.
