warning in fbt calibrator when use trackers setting is disabled #6029

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I disable this setting sometimes and forget about it, then I'm very confused why my fullbody isn't working at all despite everything being correctly calibrated.
Describe the solution you'd like
Make it so the fullbody calibrator doesn't let you calibrate and shows a message like "enable trackers in settings to continue"
