Add "Copy" Button to External Link Dialog #6031

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, when clicking on a hyperlink in Resonite, the External Link dialog appears with two options:
- Open - Opens the URL in the desktop browser
- Cancel - Closes the dialog
This feature request proposes adding a third option:
- Copy - Copies the URL to the system clipboard
Describe the solution you'd like
Add a third "Copy" button to the External Link warning dialog that:
- Appears next to the existing "Open" and "Cancel" buttons
- Copies the URL to the system clipboard when clicked
- Provides visual feedback (e.g., button text temporarily changes to "Copied!") to confirm the action
- Uses a distinct color to differentiate it from the other buttons

Additional Context
Would like copy button, so I could then paste it since the dialog is local to me.
So I could paste it, and then get the URL display thing in game
