Fix CLI CI #8
Description
Something about the CLI build doesn't like that we swapped from static to shared libraries.
It therefore fails, See: https://github.com/Yellow-Dog-Man/compressonator/actions/runs/15756646436/job/44413460302#step:6:1471
We should fix this, but for now, when I re-build the CI I swap us back to static libraries.
You can that I did that, accidentally committed it and reverted it here: c9a3871
