Ctrl+A (Select All) doesn't work in finder prompt

If I find with Ctrl+F (CMD + F on Mac), click the find or replace text boxes, and attempt to select all (Ctrl+A/CMD+A), the text is not selected.

Seems to work fine on Windows and Linux, and this is a standard Ace component, so that's fun

Does it work in the Kitchen Sink?

I'm only testing on Mac, which seems to be the issue.

If you can find when exactly was that reported/fixed for Ace, I can backport that fix to GMEdit - the program does not use the latest Ace version because the recent versions of Ace are visibly slower than the one that I modified for GMEdit.

Can't test on a Mac myself because my Mac Mini's dead and is unlikely to get replaced any time soon.
