documentation on interpreting stats()

stats() dumps a lot of data that may be hard to interpret.

The docs should include a section on what can commonly go wrong with a doloop batch, and how to detect it with stats().

Still discovering new ways to use stats() as we use doloop in production. This probably makes more sense as a GitHub wiki page for the time being.
