[Question]: Own PDF-Templates and PDF-Custom Fonts where to upload?

Sorry for open a new issue for quite the same problem.
But I saw (to late) the old issue is closed: #10923 (comment)

So paula-w get my a link to the documentation about custom-fonts in YediForce-PDF.
This I will try as next.

1. How to use custom PDF-Template in daily practice?

Now, thanks to the link, I know the solution to include custom-fonts with <div>-tags or with own php-files.
But there is not written how to use this in the daily practice with YetiForce. Maybe it is obvious, but I can't find the clou or any documentation about.

• Maybe someone has information or the right link to the documentation which explain where the files has been to upload, so they will useable in the daily work over «accounting» > «invoices» > «Add record» (see below)?

2. Where is the right folder for Fonts and PDF-Templates in the default-installation

In the Part about the «custom fonts» there is to read:
«Upload your ttf font files to server and add following code at the beginning of your html.»

• Is there a recommended folder/place for Font-files, so there will be safe while update/upgrade-process from YetiForce?

3. How I can use the recommended 2 Ways: Code at the beginning & inside php

Currently I create a PDF in the YetiForce Backend under: «System Settings» > «System Tools» > «PDF» > «New PDF Tempate».
And I use it over: «accounting» > «invoices» > «Add record».
Showed in the Issue: #3037

But in this approach I can not find way to include <div> elements at the beginning (like described in read.ME) or at least I can't find the place in the «create PDF template»-form for...
Only int the raw mode from the «watermark»-, «header»-, «content»- and «footer»-WYSIWYG-Editor.
But this is not working!
The choosalbe value in the drop-down is still «dejaVue Sans» and does not add the new fonts.

• How can I add the code at the beginning of my template/html?
• Or is there any other approach for? (Does anybody has information or link to docu?)

Because unfortunately I can't find any documentation to use files like in the «examples» under https://github.com/YetiForceCompany/YetiForcePDF.
There I see a template is a combination about 2 files «1 html & 1 php».
BUT:

• Where I have to store those files? (to be update-secure)
• How can I use this files for PDF-invoices and PDF-offers? There is only a button for «import template», but this is only possible with xml-files not html/php files. :o((
• Do you have any information about or documentation? Have search in all 4 Docu-Libraries :User, Administrator, Implementer, Developer, without any match about.

With your advice for the right approach, I create a Folder «own_Fonts» in «/storage» folder:

Than I followed your advice to use <> for insert html directly in the editor:

Than I insert the Code:

• Does anybody has an idea or hint, what I did wrong?

• Why the font-definition, described in YetiForcePDF#custom-fonts, does not work in YetiForce CRM and the code for the Font is deleted from the system?

Would great to get a push in the right direction or help out of experience or other source ;o)).

UPDATE

1. add your fonts to
/absolute_path/public_html/vendor/yetiforce/yetiforcepdf/lib/Fonts
i have added => RifficFree.ttf

2.
go to
/vendor/yetiforce/yetiforcepdf/lib/Objects

and open file font.php

3.
find the line
protected static $customFontFiles = []
and add your fonts in the following format;

Then call you font with the following format

<div>And this is a default font</div>

***Keep in mind if you add 200 thats mean that this weight is for 200 weight i reccomend adding all weights if the font support that.

Will try your approach with your font and than others and at least Google's Ubuntu.

All in all first time, it seams the direction to a practicable daily-work path had been taken.

Sounds great and comprehensibly.
After a few days of holidays I'll be very happy to try it out and maybe we'll hear from the Yeti team by then.

the method with data-font does not work, plelase check what is wrong with it not everyone can find solutions in modification font.php file correct and stable to use, as it disable the updates of pdf parser.
