Really annoying registration system #17419

Hello,
From now on, we appreciate Yetiforce and consider buy services and add-on, but... The registration system is really annoying : I clone the install to test the last update, and it block the clone and the production installation ("The system has detected a change in the basic registration data. The add-ons you purchased may not be available. Please contact your provider in case of any issues.") ! And yourself give the advice to test in a testing environment, but if we can't buid it...
The information asked is not always relevant or possible to give (doesn't exist in some countries).
In the end, I find that very intrusive and not really effective, even for you (you can't really control the sincerity of the information that is given, so what's the interest?). And not really what you expect of an open source project (you can normally choose what you accept to share or not).
Can't you think of something less intrusive ?
