Simplifying readme and fixing readme

You forgot to tell the user to run some of the lines.

I have tested that the code will still work if you just run line 58 to line 1 at one go. You might want to think about simplifying your read me that way.

You might also want to change romanNumeral.js to example-session.js on the second line of example-session.js

I also had to change the updateMidiOutput list to work with my Linux system.

Hosting AU is only available on Macos so I just used Yoshimi
