Claudian plugin keeps getting deleted (using sync)

I'm using Obsidian Sync across my PC and mobile devices.

I install claudian through the explorer (not through obsidian). It works well for a few days, until something with the Sync seems to kill it. Desktop app now shows "Plugin no longer active" and the plugin files are gone. On mobile I am not using it, but maybe there is an issue with the sync? I'm not entirely sure. When putting the plugin files back, everythings back to normal until it breaks again.
