Feature Request - Adding BIOS SN / TPM SN for first contact (agent register)

Hi,

this feature requests is related to following PR: Ylianst/MeshCentral#7339

The goal is that on the first contact, where the agent registers on the server, the agent also sends besides the other information like MAC also the BIOS SN and the TPM SN when available.
Next steps are done on the server site and in my opinion are not related anymore to the agent.
