Readability check error after Rewrite and Republish #22784

Description

@edjarrett
  • [x ] I've read and understood the contribution guidelines.
  • [ x] I've searched for any related issues and avoided creating a duplicate issue.

Please give us a description of what happened

This happens repeatedly. From 'All posts', I select the Rewrite and Republish option supplied by the Yoast Duplicate Post plugin. Editing the new post works fine, as does publishing it. However, when I reopen the republished post, the Beadability evaluation tells me that one or more of my sections is too long and I need to add subheadings. This happens regardless of how long the post is or how long the sections are.

To Reproduce

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

  1. Select Rewrite and Republish on a post from All Posts
  2. Edit the post
  3. Republish the Post
  4. Reopen the republished post in the editor
  5. Look at the Readibility test for the length of post sections
  6. Expected results1. It should be green

Actual results

  1. It is Red
