When Custom Permalink plugin is active and if the post is saved as draft in the block editor the Yoast SEO tabs ( in metabox) won't work until we refresh the page

Please give us a description of what happened

If the Custom Permalink plugin is active and a newly created post is saved as a draft, the Yoast SEO tabs do not work until the edit post page is refreshed after saving the draft. This issue occurs only with the post metabox, and the tabs within the Yoast SEO sidebar panel work fine.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Install the Yoast SEO plugin and the Custom Permalink plugin on the website
2. Create a new post and ensure that the post editor is in the block editor
3. Add a post title and some content
4. Save as draft
5. Then try to click on the tabs like Readability, Social, and Schema
6. You can notice that the tabs are not working and showing the console error as

1. The tabs of the Yoast SEO metabox need to work fine without any issues

Actual results

1. The tabs are not working in the Block editor, however the sidebar Yoast SEO panel works fine.
