Keep Pagination State For All List Views

As a user of the dashboard, when I navigate to pages within a paginated list view, and I refresh, I want the browser to load to the exact place I was and not refresh the list view to the start of the pagination.

For example

2. When I refresh the list starts from page 1 https://www.dropbox.com/s/qzsua6g5gwhkyi8/Screenshot%202016-01-24%2012.43.28.png?dl=0&preview=Screenshot+2016-01-24+12.43.28.png

After refresh, the list should still be on page 33
