Enabled 2FA breaks `/plexsettings setup`

Disabling 2FA was the only way to allow /plexsettings setup to successfully execute. Not sure if there's a workaround for this otherwise but wanted to at least raise the issue.

Super late, but the workaround I found for this is to ensure that the plex server is accessible to your membarr instance, and then set your plex URL and token in the config.ini file. With those in place, username/password authentication isn't needed.
