Plotting utils #26
Description
We should include plotting utils for the various experiments, that include
- Visualization of the distance matrices: Takes an
xarraymatrix (cell-type x sample x sample), and optional sample annotations, and plot heatmaps with dendrograms (1 per cell-type). - SCIB / clustering metrics: using Adam's work.
- UMAP/TSNE plots: takes 2d representation and cell metadata, and produce as many plots as there are metadata.
